Added the Gadgeteer skill option to Hylians, allowing Technical Type Hylians as much flexibility as their Attack and Magical counterparts.
Adjusted Goron Attack-type Boulder skill: reduced damage at levels 1 and 2 to a single heart.
Increased MP on Zora Innate Magic skills to reflect their power level.
