Here are some additional class options when playing Zeldatama.  There are no race restrictions on any of the core classes or Navigator from Book of the New Year (pg. 3), but talk to your GM about what a specific job might look like.

Additionally, if choosing the ‘Noble’ class, work with your GM to determine how that works in your game — as ‘Noble Houses’ are not really part of The Legend of Zelda, but things like Knightly Orders and community leaders definitely are!


Shiekah

Sheikah often look like they live simple lives, but in reality, they are keepers of knowledge who possess mysterious powers and the ability to manipulate ancient technology and artifacts. While some Sheikah choose not to follow the path of their ancestors, those that do are highly skilled and educated individuals.

Example Jobs: monk, farmer, shop-keep, librarian, etc.
Example Actions: searching, hiding, archiving, finding heroes wandering in the wilderness, etc

Stealthy

You have trained all your life in the art of moving silently and disappearing quickly when necessary, and even of hiding your true nature.

Skill Effect: Gain a +1 to Stealth checks and attempts to disguise yourself, always in effect

Keeper of Legend

Cover Story

You have a day to day job that provides a good cover story for your more clandestine activities.
Make note of your job, and choose a single Skill from any other class. Since you spend time training and studying, you’re not quite as good at the skill as someone else with that class.
Work with your GM to determine the difference: for check-based Skills, you take -1.

Alchemist

A class for the creation of useful tinctures and elixirs and the extraction of the essences needed to do so. Suitable for all major Zeldatama races, but work with your GM to determine what kind of essences each monster provides, since Zeldatama monsters are not tied to specific seasons.
Serum effect 2 restores 2 hearts.

Archivist

Perhaps discourage a party from including both an Archivist and a Librarian.

Chef

The Light Blade damage from Anatomical Precision is 1 heart, when the blade in question would only do a 1/2 heart of damage normally.

Clergyman

Courier

Fisherman

Fighter

Gambler

Guard

Inventor

A deft mind and nimble hands give Inventors an edge when creating or dealing with technology and crafts. Check with your GM — only some eras of Zelda have technology that would take advantage of these skills, but during those eras, this class is likely suited only to Hylians, Gerudo, or Gorons.

Librarian

Recall and organization are the purview of the Librarian class. Hylians and Gerudo are known to keep libraries; other major races are not.
Consider adding a range of 3 to Authoritative Shushing’s effect in combat. Perhaps discourage a party from including both an Archivist and a Librarian.

Miner

Strength and a sense of ease underground are benefits of a mining lifestyle. This class is mostly suited for Gorons.
The damage added by Practiced Swings is 1/2 heart of damage, increasing to 1 at a Strength of d10 or higher.

Mystic

Work with your GM to re-flavor your faith-based powers to suit your campaign and race.

Sage

Soldier

Tamer

Trickster
